Great web site all the best with your campaign to seek justice for John.

I see your forum is subject to approval before the post will be posted, maybe that will keep away the unjust comments that have appeared on this forum; however it is always a fine line between censorship and freedom of speech.

I prefer the system that is operated here on this forum, far better to explore debate and expose those whom have been exposed here, for counter revolutionary behaviour, far better that, than to pre censor.

Thank you for making contact. I am a member of the
Boston unit of the IFC. Personally, I want to do
everything in my power to actively support the
campaign to free John Brady and support him and his
family. Unfortunately, manpower is the principal issue
that we are dealing with here but if I can manage to
scrape together five people I would like to hold a
picket outside of the local Brit Consulate. In the
meantime, I would like to do some leafleting on my own
time. Is there a flier already assembled for such a
purpose? If so, would you please pass it along. If
not, could someone in charge give me the details on
John's story in a bulletpoint type of format?

Please let the family know that I support them and
stand with them.

We have not heard from him in some time and we are certain that some of our correspondence with Roe House internees has been disrupted or withheld. A very good web site lets hope justice is done and John Brady is released. Once again the brits are using selective internment on Republicans in the North of Ireland and the so called mainstream republicans are sitting back and letting it happen, but sure what does one expect from pigs but grunts.

Would it be possible to organize an evening of rebel
music to raise funds to support the campaign and
highlight the cause?

Would bands like Shebeen and Gary Og (it looks like
Gary has a new band; Gary Og and The Exiles) play for
such a cause? Maybe there are other bands that you
know of that might be willing to play.

We wish to voice our support for John Brady, and to his family who are seeking his immediate release. We have known John since he was 18, and he has devoted his life to the republican cause and Irish freedom from British Rule. People may differ in their analysis of the current political situation and responses to it, but that is a whole different debate. The process by which John Brady has been held, and continues to be held, is very dubious; something which the people of Strabane are only too familiar with from the British establishment.
